IDIOTS with driving license

I dont know how these people get their licenses, by all accounts, these particular types of drivers, licenses should not be allowed to drive because it is possible because of them but there is a risk of a fatal accident. Or a potentially fatal accident.

It doesnt matter if you are in Australia, USA, North Korea, Russia, France or any other country, Car A2B is a safe tool and quick retrieval tool, not a show tool. Or suicide. No tools, etc.

On one topic, I seriously think that all those who have a license to do dangerous work in a motor vehicle need to rethink their mentality when it comes to driving.
